PLEASE NOTE: You must contact K9 Control New Zealand on 0800 144 869 before sending a product back. You will need to call us on this number to receive your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Your RMA is valid for 14 days. Returned products must be sent back within that time.
We recommend that you return the product via a reputable postal/freight provider, and that you organise insurance on expensive items to cover any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. You must prepay all returned postage costs. K9 Control New Zealand reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return parcels that arrive as COD (cash on Delivery) or have "More To Pay" stamped on them.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
At K9 Control we offer an unconditional, no questions asked, 60-day money back guarantee on all unused and unopened items we stock. If you receive the product and decide you do not want to keep it or your circumstances change, send it back.
A processing fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items. Any orders that qualify for free shipping will have a further $7.50 fee to cover the initial cost to ship it to you. If you paid for the order to be shipped out, this amount will not be refunded. If the item looks new and is in a resalable condition, we will refund you the remaining amount of your order. The refund will be paid to the account you purchased the products with.
We will also replace products that are damaged during delivery, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to fulfilment errors.
What does your return policy not cover?
You have used the product. Your return is automatically void.
The product is not in resalable condition (excludes damage caused by delivery).
